Taxx.lu reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms or fraudulent use of the services.
3. Pricing, Payment, and Refunds
3.1 Service Pricing
The prices in effect at the time of payment for taxx.lu services are published on https://sympass.taxx.lu/en/pricing.
3.2 Payment Terms
Payment is made online through available secure methods (bank cards).
3.3 Refunds
Services provided by taxx.lu are non-refundable, except in the case of a proven technical error on the platform that makes the purchased service unusable. In this case, the user may request a refund or credit within 30 days of purchase.
All refund requests must be accompanied by evidence detailing the technical failure attributable to taxx.lu.
4. Personal Data Protection

- Administrative errors
- Temporary technical failures
- Rejection of declarations by the ACD
- User input errors
- Malicious cyberattacks
5.3 Specific Exclusions
The tax calculations provided by the platform are indicative and do not guarantee acceptance by the ACD. Interpretation of tax declarations and certificates remains entirely at the discretion of the ACD. Taxx.lu is not liable if the ACD makes a different decision or rejects certain declarations or deductions.

Taxx.lu does not commit to asking about missing elements unknown to the platform or not provided by the user.
Taxx.lu is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of declarations completed through its simulation tool. Manual verification does not guarantee compliance with ACD requirements. Taxx.lu is not liable for ACD decisions, including rejection of certain declarations or deductions. Only the ACD calculation is binding.
Clarifications on Platinum Offer:
- The price of this service is offered on request and varies depending on the taxpayer’s situation. It may be adjusted upwards if it turns out after the initial offer that services exceed what was agreed due to omissions or incomplete information provided by the client. Taxx.lu reserves the right to reject a request in such cases.
8. Binding Nature and Modifications of T&Cs
8.1 Binding Nature of T&Cs
Use of taxx.lu implies full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
8.2 Notification of Changes
Any modifications will be communicated to the user upon their next login if they have not yet reviewed them.
8.3 Opposition
Users may refuse modifications, resulting in immediate termination of the service.
